•You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own allocated portfolio of clients, as well as supporting the servicing of other accounts and proactively growing the business to bring in new accounts.
•Speaking with clients at new business and renewal stage, to accurately identify their Insurance programme requirements, in order to provide the most relevant and cost effective quotations.
•Client satisfaction and business retention is key, and we ensure that clients receive the most attentive service at renewal stage - re-quoting and re-broking in the market.
•Ensuring that all renewal activities are dealt with in a timely manner, and meet all service level requirements.
•Checking and issuing policy documentation.
•Responding to day to day client queries and Insurer queries.
•Processing mid-term adjustments.
•It is anticipated that applicants will have at least 5+ years General Insurance broking experience. Up to date knowledge of FCA
